Terms of Service

By using the LangitDev site and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Scope of service
The scope, timeline, and price of each project are specified in a written (digital) work contract between LangitDev and the client, not on this general page.

Payment
Payments are processed through Midtrans and may be structured as full payment, down payment + settlement, milestone-based, or monthly subscription — as agreed in the project contract.

Revisions & Cancellation
The number of revisions, cancellation policy, and refunds are specified in each project's individual contract, as these can vary depending on the scale and type of work.

Intellectual property
Ownership of deliverables (source code, designs, other assets) follows the terms agreed upon in the project contract.

Limitation of liability
LangitDev strives to provide the best possible service, but is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of developed systems, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
